Longtime member and friend of the Glendale Bar Association, Robert F. Brennan, Esq., presented "Let's Sue the Bank!" on June 26 at the Glen Arden Club's pleasant outdoor venue, The Lounge.
Bob spoke expertly on fair credit reporting, lemon law, electronic funds transfer regulation, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, identity theft law and much more.
In addition to an hour of MCLE general credit, attendees enjoyed good company, food and libations! It was informative and fun!
