Disputing Attorney Fees

 

The Glendale Bar Association Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program helps clients and attorneys resolve fee disputes. Our neutral arbitrators carefully consider the facts presented and decide the appropriate amount of attorney fees through an informal proceeding.

 

An attorney/client fee dispute can be arbitrated by the GBA if the attorney has an office in Los Angeles County, or the majority of services were rendered in Los Angeles County.
