On October 29, 2025, world-renowned lawyer Mark Geragos discussed a range of issues including his recent experiences in the Menendez brothers, Diddy and Luigi Mangione cases, the influence his father, Paul Geragos, Esq., his (and his father's) work on the Sassounian murder case, and his thoughts on navigating the press in and out of the courtroom. Attendees earned one hour general MCLE credit.

The GBA's long-running MFA Program helps clients and attorneys resolve disputes about attorney fees and costs. Our neutral arbitrators carefully consider the facts presented and decide through an informal proceeding whether or not the amount billed is appropriate.

The GBA can arbitrate fee disputes between attorneys and clients if the attorney has an office in Los Angeles County, or the majority of services were rendered in Los Angeles County. The GBA Welcomes Its New Administrator!

The Glendale Bar Association is pleased to announce that Aren Babachanian has joined us as our new administrator!

Aren's responsibilities include managing the GBA's membership database and website, communicating with members and the community we serve, and event support. Aren will be checking you in at GBA mixers and MCLEs, and responding to your inquiries via info@glendalebar.com!

Aren graduated with very high honors from UCLA in 2024, earning a bachelor's degree in political science and government (with a concentration in American Politics), and a minor in history. He was on the Dean's Honors List and aspires to a career in law.

Aren is quickly coming up to speed at the GBA, especially regarding our new membership management and information system. We look forward to his help as we continue the GBA's important work in our community. Welcome aboard, Aren!
